June 21, 2010 – The dreaded 21.3% cut in Medicare reimbursement that was scheduled to take effect on June 1, 2010 would surely be overturned by Congress. So sure of this defeat, the overseers of Medicare payment processes have held all claims for the first two weeks of June in suspension to avoid paying physicians at the reduced rate.

This article summarizes the Progressive agenda of events that have transpired over the course of the last 18 months, where several individual liberties have been or are being eroded, as key legislative bills have been passed by a Progressive majority in the U.S. Congress. Many bills passed even make it possible for Usurpation measures to be administered, which is very fascinating, because Usurpation has not been performed in a very long time via outlined provisions granted by the Constitution.
